One of the most important services any advertising agency can provide its clients is savvy media analysis and buying. The client must be assured first of reaching the target audience. But the client also deserves to reach that audience as economically as possible, and in ways that are imaginative and take full advantage of all available options.
Sometimes those options aren't readily apparent. It takes a perceptive media analyst with years of experience, sharp negotiating skills and solid knowledge of print and broadcast companies and advertising to make the best buy for the client.
CCN is fortunate to have just such a Media Director. Susan Kincaid has more than 25 years of media experience. She has supervised media programs for several major agencies, including CMF&Z and the former Fletcher/Mayo/Associates.
Susan has been media planner and buyer on such major agricultural accounts as BASF, FMC, Uniroyal, AgriPro Seeds, Boehringer Ingelheim, Pitman-Moore, Union Carbide, Elanco Products, John Deere, Navistar, DeKalb Pfizer Genetics, Pioneer Hi-Bred International, DowElanco, Northrup King, Farmland Industries, United Agri Products, Makhteshim-Agan of North America, and the American Angus Association.
Her media experience extends to such major consumer accounts as Sprint, Honeywell, Toyota, Pella Windows, Northwest Banks, Wendy's, Argosy Casinos, Missouri Tourism, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Iowa, Norwest Corporation, American Century Investment Services, FirstGuard Health Plan, KU Medical Center, Tachikara, Inc., and Western Resources.
A South Dakota native and Moorhead State College graduate, Susan also directed major telemarketing programs for MCI Direct in database development, lead generation, surveys, sales and fundraising.
